Kasey Greenheck is a highly motivated and visionary leader whose innovative thinking has resulted in significant and lasting contributions to the community. Her pioneering spirit truly shines through in her dedicated community leadership roles. Currently, Kasey serves as the Vice President at CASA of Marathon County. During a period of exciting expansion for the organization, she has been instrumental in significantly enhancing its brand identity and overall outreach efforts.

Kasey's leadership, creativity, and unwavering dedication to organizations that serve vulnerable populations, especially children within the foster care system, have led to substantial contributions that greatly benefit the entire Marathon County community. The primary initiative for which Kasey is being nominated is her exceptional leadership of the "Blueprint of Hope Gala" for CASA of Marathon County.

Kasey Greenheck-Creative Director and Owner, Kase Styles

As Committee Chair, she transformed an initial concept into a fully realized, community-supported fundraiser, which has rapidly become integral to the organization's sustainability and growth. Kasey joined CASA in January 2024, and her visionary leadership quickly became apparent. Inspired by Child Abuse Awareness Month and its symbolic color, blue, she conceptualized and established the Blueprint of Hope Gala. Her creativity, passion, and meticulous planning were evident in every aspect, from the event's name and branding to the blue-themed attire, décor, and refreshments, all designed to foster community engagement with CASA's mission.

The children in Marathon County experiencing the complexities of the foster care system are the primary beneficiaries of Kasey’s dedicated work. The substantial funds raised and the enthusiastic volunteers recruited through her leadership will enable CASA of Marathon County to significantly enhance its capacity. This expansion will facilitate the assignment of additional trained advocates to children who require a dependable, supportive adult to ensure their safety, stability, and overall well-being.

Kasey consistently exhibits profound and impactful engagement across various community sectors. She diligently leverages her professional expertise and innovative ideas to strengthen nonprofit organizations and effectively mobilize individuals in support of crucial and significant causes.

Jessica Fehrenbach is the first woman to serve as Circuit Court Judge in Lincoln County. Previously to being elected to this position in 2025, Fehrenbach served as a public defender for 15 years. She is an expert in juvenile defense and not only mentored attorneys throughout the state in this area of law, but also was an author of the Juvenile Bench Book, which the State Bar publishes regularly to assist judges and attorneys in juvenile cases. As a judge, she is coordinating much-needed additions to the judicial system, including beginning initiatives to eventually start a family treatment court to better address individuals coming through the system.

As a Merrill native, Jessica is involved and committed to the community. She is a soccer coach, and an active member of the PTO at her children’s school. Other community roles include the Food for Kids Program, addressing food insecurity for low income families, and the MAC Home Board, where she works to provide housing solutions for the unhoused.
