About the instructor, Sarah Watson
After rediscovering yoga in my adult life, I realize it is much more than how far you can stretch or a fantastically advanced pose. It’s about the harmony between your body and mind. Yoga is for everyone, everybody, every age. I enjoy seeing what the practice of yoga will bring to each student when they step on to the mat, it always seems to show you what you are searching for. Teaching is in my blood. I teach social sciences at NTC going on 20 years. I love to connect a subject matter to students, to help them see the relevance of it to their lives and their futures. Yoga is a perfect subject to add to my list, my passion for education and yoga melds perfectly.
