Community Event - Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration

On this day, we gather in solidarity in remembrance of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King believed wholeheartedly in the importance of a cohesive community. A community that is driven by acceptance and love of its members; a beloved community. Show your support by joining us in celebration on Monday, January 16th, 2023, from 5:30-8:30, at UWSP- Wausau, in the auditorium in the main building, room 133. There will be a short presentation from the Honorable Reverend Everett Mitchell, followed by dance performances and poetry readings from local talents.
