The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin (ADRC-CW) is excited to share an opportunity for non professional caregivers to participate in a FREE class to focus on themselves and their self-care.

The ADRC is offering another Powerful Tools for Caregivers class starting Monday October 7th.  

This class will run for 6 consecutive Mondays from October 7th-November 11th @ 1:00pm - 2:45pm at the Wausau ADRC office (2600 Stewart Ave, Wausau). Caregivers are expected to attend all 6 sessions, as each session builds off the previous session.
